  • All payments made to AASHU SOLUTIONS LLC are initial one-month one-time fee.
  • Once payment is processed and services are activated, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including cancellation of the plan.
  1. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment upon verification.
  • Service Not Rendered: If AASHU SOLUTIONS LLC fails to provide the agreed-upon services within the initial one-month period, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

After the initial one-month period, your account and services will be transferred to our partner, HWA Home Warranty, Inc. Any refund requests after this transfer must be directed to HWA Home Warranty, Inc. and are subject to their refund policy.
